Request Courtesy Resolutions
You may contact my office to request a courtesy resolution from the Missouri House of Representatives. A courtesy resolution may be drafted to congratulate the recipient on the birth of a child, celebrate a wedding anniversary, express sympathy on the death of an individual, and congratulate an outstanding citizen achievement or a similar event. Please fill out the appropriate online courtesy resolution form.

Each courtesy resolution typically takes some time to process. Due to the volume of courtesy requests, please submit your requests at least 3 weeks prior to the event you wish to commemorate.
